Payments

We accept PayPal, Payment via Klarna. We also accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. But unfortunately we do not accept cash on delivery.

To track your order, check in your E-Mail Inbox. You also check your Spam Mails.

After sending the details to the Delivery Service (DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS or Hermes) we will send another confirmation E-Mail with the status of your order, including the expected delivery date and any updates on the shipping process.

In urgent cases you can contact us via info@tam-valor.com so we can arrange an express courier set for a specific date for you. This can be charged with additional Fees.

To use a promo code or discount coupon, simply enter the code at checkout before you complete your purchase. If the code is valid, the discount will be applied to your order total.

Returns

We have a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction. You can return any unworn and unwashed product in its original packaging with hang tags attached and proof of purchase within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships, but once it has shipped, we cannot cancel it.
